Symptoms

With Japanese language settings active in the browser, a user has created a report inside a folder within the Explore Repository module. Then the user right-clicks the folder, selects "Apply permissions to Children" and sets Access Permissions as desired. Upon reviewing the permissions of the report in the folder, nothing is assigned.
