COStatus Customer order Messages Failing in RIB-ROB

Logfire closed a manifest that contained 200+ customer orders with 292 items total. The message coming out of Logfire had the orders and items properly grouped. After USM mapping also had the orders and items broken down properly so the shipments were processed into RMS successfully.
The message is then re-formatted for the COStatus call into Order Broker. At this point all 292 items in the shipment were grouped under a single order and failed in RIB-ROB (RIB for Order Broker).
