Symptoms

 On 11.13.19.7.0, OEC Performance,

After enabling workspace in test environment, the application has consistently been significantly slower.

Examples:

Navigating to Leads from homepage takes 17 seconds
Drilling down on a lead takes 17 seconds
Navigating to Accounts from navigation menu takes 8 seconds
Drilling down on an account takes 10 seconds
Navigating away from account clicking cancel takes 4 seconds
Navigating to Setup and Maintenance takes 26 seconds
Back to homepage from Setup and Maintenance takes 18 seconds
Navigating to Workspace takes 14 seconds
