Oracle Public Sector Permits Cloud:CyberSource IFrame UI For Credit Card Processing Is Not Displayed (Doc ID 2685303.1)

Symptoms

Note: Credit card payment processing feature is currently under controlled release. It is available for customer POD's deployed in specific data centers. To check if your POD is eligible for credit card processing feature, please create a service request with Oracle Customer Support.

 

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Process Customer Payments

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to process credit card permit payments from Public Sector Community Research Product (PSCR), Cybersource iFrame is not displayed.
User selects the permits and clicks Pay button which should bring up Cybersource iFrame page to enter credit card details and submit for tokenization and authorization.

Web developer log from UI (.har file) shows following error:

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see Cybersource iFrame to enter credit card details

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Public Sector Community Research User Portal
2. Select a permit and drill down to see details
3. Click Pay button to enter credit card details to pay for the permit
