Symptoms
Purchase Requisition is not getting auto approved even though the task aggregation is set to once per task, because of which duplicate notification is getting triggered to user.
Error:
The approval history is showing incorrect message - Approved by X
Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The PR was delegated by X to Y(vacation rule)
2. Y Approved the PR
3. Since X was appearing twice, second time it didn't got delegated to Y and also showing as approved by
4. The notification again went for Y's approval even though she has already approved it.
