Transmission Acknowledgement Not Received in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OIC) After Successful OTM Inbound Integration (Doc ID 2685652.1)

This is a E-Business Suite (EBS) - Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OIC) - OTM Integration scenario
Item Data is being sent from EBS to OTM
Inbound Transmissions are successful in OTM, but transmission acknowledgement is not received in OIC

Expectation that is that Monitoring Integrations page (in OIC) shows a record for the successful integration in OTM

Below errors are seen in OTM Logs

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. EBS Item Data is triggered into OTM via OIC
2. Inbound is processed successfully , but acknowledgement is not received in OIC
