Users Who Have Full Access to Planning Items Are Not Able to View or Open Records, Receive "User does not have permission to view this record" and "User does not have the authorization" (Doc ID 2685706.1)

Symptoms

On : Unifier 19.12.4

Users that have been given full access rights in Access Control to Planning Item Business Process (BP) are not able to view the records. When users select the records, they see the following message on right hand side: "User does not have permission to view this record". When the user attempts to open the record, they receive the message "User does not have the authorization".


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier as the affected user
  2. Navigate to the Planning Item BP
  3. Select a record and note the message on right hand side panel
  4. Attempt to open the record and receive the message.
