JET UI Config Tabbed Arrays Confuse Index (Doc ID 2685755.1)

Symptoms

In JET UI, when a tabbed array has its first tabs hidden, making changes to any tab that follows the first will instead update the first tab in the pipeline viewer. It is expected that hiding the first tab of a tabbed array would not change the rest of the array functions.
