On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Data Load

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using Query Child Resource Attributes via GET Method for

workers end point via application URL '/hcmRestApi/resources/latest/workers?q=workRelationships.assignments.AssignmentStatusType='ACTIVE'

the payload response returns both active and inactive assignment data. Doesn't matter the attribute order, all data is returned.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Only active assignments should be passed within the payload response

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to query active assignment data only via both Oracle Fusion HCM REST API Workers end point
2. Observe that both active and inactive assignment data is returned
