Symptoms

When attempting to connect Oracle Primavera Cloud to P6 EPPM, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Connection Failed. Connection timed out (Connection timed out)the specified server. outbound-proxy.cne-outbound-proxy.svc.occloud:3128

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced using the following steps:

  1. Launch Primavera Cloud 
  2. Go to Global Admin
  3. Click on Integrations
  4. Click on P6 EPPM
  5. Click on Integrate
  6. Click on Connect
  7. Click on Add Connection
  8. Enter the URL for the P6 Web Services SyncService and the P6 username and password
  9. Click Test Connection
