Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Invoice Transactions
When attempting to Edit Invoice Distributions,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

JBO-29115 Unable to construct the error message due to error java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: can't parse argument number: ATTRIBUTE_NAME. Use the exception stack trace and error code to investigate the root cause of this exception. Root cause error code is JBO-FND:::FND_CMN_REQ_ATTRIB_API_SERV. Error message parameters are {0=InvoiceTransactionAM.oracle_apps_financials_payables_invoices_transactions_uiModel_applicationModule_InvoiceTransactionAM.InvoiceLine1, 1=oracle.jbo.Key[846074 1 ]}
