Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to cancel the requisitions which user has left the organization.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Able to cancel the requisitions which user has left the organization.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Purchase Requisitions
2. Select the requisitions > Try to cancel
3. Unable to cancel since user who created it left the organization.
