Contact Points Not Visible In Customer UI (Doc ID 2686593.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Customers

When a Party(Organization) fails due to some data issue and only Party(Person record) and its respective contact, contact points are imported in first RUN.
Now after correcting the data and re-importing Party(Organization), Relationships and other sheets gets imported but Contact points failed with below error


"The source reference REL_ORIG_SYS_REFERENCE or the internal identifier RELATIONSHIP_ID of the parent entity HZ_RELATIONSHIPS is invalid."

The error is valid since the Contact Point was already imported in FIRST RUN but the issue is the Contact Point cannot be seen in Customer UI
