Saved Query Shown in the Drop Down List in the Finder Screen When It Should Not Be There (Doc ID 2686620.1)

Symptoms

When creating a Saved Query with 'Use in Finder' not checked and the property glog.savedquery.show_all_savedqueries is set to 'False', this should not be shown in the drop down list in the Finder Screen, but it is.
After some time, this is not appearing anymore in the list, as expected.
