Symptoms

On : NA version, Configuration

When attempting to add an entry into GL Cross Ref screen, the following error occurs:
     An application error has occurred


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. sign on to ReIM
2. navigate: Foundation > GL Cross Reference > Action > Create
3. observe error
