Unable To Delete Duplicate OSR By Using Import File Activities

We are following the same template as mentioned in Doc ID 2546513.1
But when customer is trying to delete the OSR of around 24 records that are in different tables, it throwing error as below:
The import batch has duplicate sets of source system reference information. A set of source system reference information should be unique in an import batch. (HZ-120730)
When customer run the batch for 1 records, its completing successfully.
The error is only when customer is deleting for multiple records.
