Goal

IDCS Import of Users/Groups Failing

Customer has multiple AD domain controllers. Import of new users/groups to IDCS is failing for one domain.

Earlier today Import of users/groups was showing running. Then the customer restarted domain's AD bridge, then it shows Import fails.
