Document Manager Formula On 'Name' Is Not Applied After File Is Published From BP Record

Goal
When a file is published to the Document Manager (DM) from a BP record, the formula placed on the 'Name' attribute (uuu_dm_node_name) does not function until the user goes and re-saves the file in the DM. There is a requirement that all files published to the DM should follow a specific naming convention which is based on an attribute in the DM attribute form.
