Symptoms

The Tax book is not in the LOV for the Post Mass Additions Report process.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
   1. Upload assets directly to the tax book using FBDI template
   2. Post Mass Additions process ran to error for tax book.
   3. Manually run the Post Mass Additions Report for the tax book but cannot be found in the LOV drop down.
