Symptoms

While loading Work Order data through FBDI, Import Work Order Job gets stuck at Retry Status for long time and finally errs out.

ERROR

The import batch failed due to a system error. Contact your help desk.

STEPS
--------------------------
1. Download Workorder template for FBDI
2. Enter the data to be loaded
3. Generate CSV File
4. Run 'Load Interface File for Import' Job and Upload the Zip File
5. Run 'Import Work Orders' Job
6. Import Work Orders: Process Work Order Open Interface stuck in Retrying Status
7. Import Work Order Job shows status as Error
