Extracts Are Running For Over 24 Hours During The Delivery Stage (Production Issue) (Doc ID 2687876.1)

All our outbound extracts are failing to deliver to the destinations since last night.

One of the extracts was submitted at 8 PM pacific, and still running. (this is just one example. But all of our extracts are havnig this same issue)

Please note that all of these have been running normally everyday for several months. There is NO config change that went in yesterday for these. Therefore the problem seems to be somewhere else.
