Symptoms

On : 21.1 version, Scheduled Jobs

User has configured SFTP PUT File job and Scehdule job getting failed.

Job is getting failed with below error,

Error: Error sftp could not access remote_directory<>

Error: [Errno 13] Permission denied.




Changes

As per the below error the job is getting failed because of permission from customer end,


2020-07-06 11:29:16,405 ERROR  Unexpected exception while trying to call a scheduled task. Error: Error sftp could not access remote_directory.
Error: [Errno 13] Permission denied
