What is the expected encumbrance recording behavior when
You finally close a purchase order with remaining encumbrance balance entered in a budget period earlier than the current budget period
The Default Date Rule is set to Current Transaction Budget Date
Should Default Date Rule = Current Transaction Budget Date setting be used in Finally Closed purchase orders?

Currently,
All other transactions are occurring in the budget period, except Final Close
Final Close transaction's encumbrances are being relieved in the date when the purchase order was created.
