Symptoms

Receiving after the Purchase Order(PO) is closed is not updating TRAN_DATA table.

Steps To Recreate:

1. Create a Purchase Order.
2. Receive the purchase order completely.
3. Run DOCCLOSE batch to close the purchase order.
4. Process a duplicate receipt (copy of receipt of Step# 2).
5.No tran_data records are written for Step #4.
