PRC:PO: Error In Adding An Approved Requisition Line To An Open PO

Symptoms
When leveraging the new functionality to Add new Approved Requisition to Existing Open Purchase Orders, the approval rules are not firing.
When going to manage approvals of the change order that is created the following error is observed

Error occurred while displaying History tree table. Error in task {0}. Please correct the error
Steps to Reproduce
0. Have Change Order Rule with the condition "Change Order Creation Method = Create Change Order"
1. Go to Process Requisitions
2. Select Requisition Line to add to Document Builder
3. On the Pop Up Window select the following:
Type: Existing Order
Order: <PO_TO_ADD_REQ_LINE_TO>>
4. Press OK
5. Press Edit in Document Builder
6. Press Create in Edit Document builder: Add to Existing Order Page
7. Acknowledge the Warning
8. Acknowledge the Information Pop-Up that the Requisition Lines were added
9. Save > Manage Approvals
10. Error --or-- other auto approval rules firing but not the expected rule with the "Change Order Creation Method = Create Change Order" Condition
11. Submit Order
12. Run Document Approval - Validate DTF Report
13. The Report shows that ChangeOrderCreationMethod is passing as "AUTOCREATE" which is incorrect and there isn't even an available condition for AUTOCREATE
