Role Assignment Rule Did Not Process Participant Detail Attributes So Did Not Assign Compensation Role. (Doc ID 2688316.1)

Symptoms

The  Automatic Role Assignment ( ARA ) rules are not working as expected.

STEPS
1. Create Role Assignment Rule with criteria ( Plan ID = |1314| , Region = Americas US West , Continent = Americas ) and assign to role "Americas West" for date range 1/1/19 - 12/31/19
    Participant Assignment > Manage Participant Assignment Rules.
2. Populate Participant Detail Attributes with these values
    Participant Snapshot > Manage Participant Details
          Start Date End Date     Plan ID             Region                       Continent
          1/5/19       5/31/19     %|1314|%        Americas US West       Americas
          6/1/19      12/31/19    %|1314|%        Americas US West       Americas
3. Run Assignment Participant Assignments
4. Review Participant Snapshot > Manage Participant Details > Role and did not see any role assigned.
    Review Participant Snapshot > Manage Compensation Plan and did not see any comp plan assigned.
