Fusion OTBI Locator Name Not Displaying Values In Inventory - Inventory Transactions Real Time Subject Area (Doc ID 2688326.1)

Goal

When using a Custom OTBI Analysis created with Inventory - Inventory Transactions Real Time Subject Area and adding columns "Locator Name" and "Locator Description" , we see values for "Locator Description" but not "Locator Name".

Why "Locator Name"  Column in combination with other Columns returns no values ?
