On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Define Order Promising
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When checkAvailability webservice is used with item and region included, Sourcing rule assigned with only Region level is getting picked, not the Category-Region which is more granular.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
Category-Region sourcing rule assignment should be picked.
STEPS
----------
1. Define item and assigned to category.
2. Define sourcing rule, and assigned to Category-Region level.
3. Created payload with passing item and region, but output has only region level sourcing rule.
