NewItemLoc Ad Hoc Batch Does Not Push Item/Locations From RMS to RPCS (Doc ID 2688405.1)

Symptoms

When you execute the NewItemLoc ad hoc batch after you create, approve, and range a new item, the data is still not available in the Pricing application.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Regular Item in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) (parent and single child). Approve Item.
2. Range locations to the Item.
3. Run the Ad hoc RpmNewItemLoc batch in Process Orchestration and Monitoring (POM).
3a. Observe that the batch completes successfully however there would not be any data in RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL (RFR) table.
