Inventory Adjustment through RmsReSTServices Webservice Is Not Logging The User Id Correctly On INV_ADJ Table (Doc ID 2688591.1)

Symptoms

When an inventory adjustment is sent using RmsReSTServices -Invadj REST webservice, there is no User ID column in message, and the user id logged for each transaction is random (different existing users).
Due to this issue, audit records is not correct.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Send Inventory Adjustment (InvAdj) JSON message from OCI (on premise).
  2. Check on RMS - the user id updated is different for each message.
