Need the ability to start out leases in prior period. We tried that and got an error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a lease:

Open period: Jun-20

Lease start date = 01/01/20
Non Cancelable Term = 12
Payment Frequency = Quarterly
Payment Option= In Advance
Lease Classification = FINANCE
Calculate Accrued Monthly Interest = TICKED
Periodic Payment of £125,398.00 on 01/04/20 and interest due on the 31/03/20

2. The 'generate lease schedules' process fails for leases that have a start date in the past (and when the calculate monthly accrued interest' is ticked).
