Symptoms

When attempting to run the Generate Payslips process this is completing with the below error:

An application error occurred. An assertion failure was detected at location ProcReportPayAct.childRequestStatus:1

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Generate Payslip Process
2. Error triggered
