Grant shared by two different Councils
We are planning to implement oracle Fusion Project Grant module for our group of Council and we have following requirement.
Government had allocated grant to two different council.
Government had allocated total grant of 10,000 USD :
- to Council A , 6,000USD
- And Council B 4,000 USD.
Government pay full amount 10,000 USD - to Council A.
Once grant is received by Council A.
it will create payable invoice for 4,000 USD - to pay Council B.
Reporting requirement, Council A want to know each grant amount and fund allocated to Council A and Council B so they can get information regarding payment to Council B as well as total funding detail with each grant.
I had some queries regarding Oracle functionality:
Qn1. Where we can capture funding related to external party in Award, so we can show separately in report ?
Qn2:Do we have any workaround ?
We need documentation for the below functionalities :
1. Third party cost share functionality (What's cost share?)
2. Flow-through funds
Can we get some documentation or information where & when I can use cost share functionality or flow-through funds?
