Cannot Change Value of EnableProfileRegistrationEmailCheck Property on Storefront (Doc ID 2688755.1)

Symptoms

Customer has used the savePolicies endpoint, https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/cx-commerce/20b/cxocc/op-ccadmin-v1-merchant-profilepolicies-put.html , to change the value of 'enableProfileRegistrationEmailCheck' to false but this change is not getting picked up by the storefront.

Get calls to the storefront, https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/cx-commerce/20b/cxocc/op-ccstore-v1-merchant-shoppersettings-get.html , still return the old value of 'enableProfileRegistrationEmailCheck'
