Academic Planner - No Courses Available To Add To Semester (Doc ID 2688903.1)

In the SCI Student Management Cloud instance, we are configuring an Academic Plan Template and we are running into the following issue: At the last step in this process navigating to Manage Curriculum > Actions > Manage Academic Plan Templates. The plan template we are configuring is selected and the Academic Plan page is displayed with the attributes at the various levels of the hierarchy. The issue occurs when the Plus icon is clicked for any of the Semesters configured to add a course to that semester. The search dialog is displayed, but no courses are displayed and there are no filter options displaying either.
