ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After trying to recover a failed transaction, it is still remaining in progress.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After modifying the rule to be Self Auto Approved, the transaction should be Completed status , not in Progress.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initially, the rule(example: Change Location) was configured just to send FYI to HR
If -> rule -> then -> Representatives
2. Initiate a Change Location transaction, observe that the transaction was failing
3. The Approval rule was then modified to include Self Auto Approve before sending the FYI to HR
If -> rule -> then -> Self Auto Approve -> Representatives
4. Tried to recover the failed transaction through the actions
5. Initiated another transaction for a different employee and that gets completed, but the recovered transaction remains “In Progress”
