Unable To Find Data Stores Using Import And Export Customizations Option (Doc ID 2689026.1)

Users are unable to find datastores when using import after exporting the customization option from other environment.

The import is showing offering name but not showing any Data Store. 

After import should show the Offering name and the Data Store in the environment where the import was done.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to BICC
2. Click on Export customization
3. Login to the other environment same user
4. Click on Import customization
5. Select file to import
6. Check in this  environment that the import is showing offering name but not showing any Data Store.
