Not able to duplicate Account - Oracle Telesales Distributor Layout

After 20A Upgrade, Distributor Model feature came in. To use the feature you need to create new layout using 'ORACO Telesales Distributor Layout'.
when you are trying to duplicate and click on 'Save & Close' or 'Save & Edit'. An error is appearing.
