Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Service That Triggers A Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service (FCCS) Task Does Not Update The Task To Completed (Doc ID 2689178.1)

Symptoms

A successful OIC connection has been established (using Service Administrator credentials) in FCCS. An Event Monitoring task type has been set up and deployed to OIC. A template and schedule containing a task of that type was created, and the schedule was opened. But upon executing the OIC service to update the task to Closed, the task's status is unchanged. The OIC Service claims the trigger was successful.
