No Actions Are Completing After Creating New Transaction

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to click any action after creating a new transaction, the action stalls and does not complete. Any action will not complete when clicking them within the JET UI.
This does not affect the Navigation Bar buttons as the user will be able to navigate to a new page.
This issue only occurs on the JET UI.
The environment was upgraded to version 20B.
