Journal Line DFF (Descriptive Flex-Fields) does not load through FBDI (File-Based Data Import)

Journal Line DFF (Descriptive Flex-Fields) should load through FBDI (File-Based Data Import)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the the Journal FBDI (File-Based Data Import)
2. Enter the journal details with DFF (Descriptive Flex-Fields) information
3. Upload the Jorunal
4. Check if the DFF (Descriptive Flex-Fields) details got populated or not
