Symptoms

Dense restructure occurs even if there were not any dense member changes.

This is an issue because it takes more time

Check to ensure that no members have been deleted:
-In Application>overview>dimensions have any changes occurred since the last refresh
-In Audit you can also determine if any changes were made, if it had been enabled

If no changes have been made check for a member name with [ ] or starts with [ bracket
