Error: Performing "Action Without Preview" Action Results in "Bulk Update Failed" (Doc ID 2689608.1)

When attempting to Approve several Business Process (BP) records using "Action without Preview" the following error is displayed. 

"Bulk Update Failed"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to Project/Shell where the issue has been observed > Task Manager > Tasks > Select the BP record > Select "Action without Preview"
  3. On the left side of the right pane is "Action Without Preview" > Workflow Actions --- Approve --- button > Click Send.
  4. In the right hand side of the right pane:

"Action Status
No. Record Project/Shell Business Process Status Message
1 <Record #><BP Name>  "Bulk Update Failed"
