Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Issue with the Earned Value calculation stored values. For example, one Activity, the value of this activity was earned in Oct($2,398.53), Nov($19,188.24) and Dec($2,398.53) 2017. The full $23,985.30 value for this Activity is stored across these 3 periods yet the store period performance process has added another $ 0.92 in the Feb 2018 period.
