On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Global Payroll
When attempting to run the Load Time Card Batch Process it is failing for employees the following error occurs.
ERROR

ORA-20001: The employment level entered isn't eligible for the element UOG SETA Payment CIR on 2020-06-29. Details: You can't grant the element to the payroll relationship, terms or assignment unless it meets the element eligibility criteria and has an element costing record. Ensure that a suitable element costing rule exists for the element, and that the eligibility criteria for a person matches those defined on the costing rule.
