Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
PO Supplier Email is not being triggered outside the domain


Mail communication to suppliers is not getting delivered outside the domain automatically.

We verified the following profile options:
PO_FROM_EMAIL_ADDRESS
Profile Level - Site
Profile Value - Buyer
PO_CONTROL_SUPPLIER_COMMUNICATION
Profile Level - Site
Profile Value - Enable



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The notification emails to be sent to suppliers after PO approval

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create PO
2. Approve PO
3. Supplier notification is not sent automatically

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users should send the notifications manually and this increase the amount of work.
