Symptoms

When attempting to set a Resource Role in Manage Users page,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

java.lang.NullPointerException

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to My Team > Users and Roles
2. Search and select the user
3. Select the Resource Role and error is given

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can not be set as a resources
