Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Set Up FCR-Define Tax Configuration
Tax Inclusion Method is define as "Special Inclusive Handling" for the TAX. Create Tax rate manual and system is defaulting Tax Inclusion Method as "Special Inclusive Handling".
But when uploading tax rate via spreadsheet system is showing Tax Inclusion Method as "Standard noninclusive handling".
