Outlook 365 Application - Application Isn't Responding Error ZPS_365-568058 (Doc ID 2690368.1)

Goal

Problem:

On Desktop outlook version, when a user logged in receiving error consistently
Error:"The application isn't responding. Try again later. (ZPS_365-5685058).

Additionally if a user  select "View Error Message" we get an "Invalid Adapter"
error log (attached).

This issue does not occur on  Outlook Application via web browser (Chrome).
