Symptoms
When attempting to import an Item through Input Interface with a specific user,
the following error occurs (only for this specific user):

Error Message: load_stage data failed with error code: 2 head: cannot open `/usr/lgfwms/mounts/local/customer/interfaces/facility_code/company_code/input/item/Name_Of_File' for reading: No such file or directory head: cannot open `Name.psv.loading' for reading: No such file or directory cut: invalid byte,

1. Go to Input Interface.
2. Upload the Item xls file.
